These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Refflink.io (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and the services we provide (the “Service”), including URL shortening, affiliate link management, and geo-redirection. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service allows users to create shortened URLs that may include affiliate tracking information and geo-redirection to applicable Amazon marketplaces. We do not operate or control Amazon, its affiliate programs, or any third-party websites. We do not guarantee that shortened links will function without error or that affiliate commissions will be tracked or credited.

• You must have a valid Amazon Associates (Affiliate) account to use the Service for affiliate purposes.
• You are solely responsible for compliance with the Amazon Associates Program Policies and all applicable laws, including disclosure obligations under the U.S. FTC, UK ASA, EU directives, or other relevant authorities.
• You agree not to use the Service to mislead users, engage in deceptive marketing, or distribute unsolicited messages.
• You remain responsible for all content, data, and activity associated with your account.

You may not use the Service for:

• Any unlawful activity, including fraud, phishing, or malware distribution.
• Spamming, unsolicited advertising, or bulk messaging.
• Cloaking or disguising links in violation of Amazon’s policies.
• Content that is harmful, obscene, or infringing on intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activity.

The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon. Use of the Service does not guarantee compliance with Amazon’s rules. If Amazon suspends or terminates your account, we are not liable for any resulting losses.

We may collect and process certain data such as IP addresses, device/browser information, and click activity for the purpose of geo-redirection and analytics. For more details, see our Privacy Policy. If you are located in the EU, UK, or other regions with data protection laws, you are responsible for ensuring lawful use of personal data.

If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with our pricing and billing policies. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We may suspend or terminate your access for non-payment.

• The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of geo-redirection, or success of affiliate tracking.
• We are not responsible for the suspension or closure of your Amazon account.
• Our total liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, legal reasons, or technical issues. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may modify these Terms or the Service at any time. Changes will be posted with a new “last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Norway, unless otherwise required by law.
